- RESERVATION POLICY (CAMPING):
Regular weekends: 2 night minimum with $100 deposit
Holiday weekends: 3-night minimum with $100 deposit
CANCELLATION POLICY:
A deposit of $100 per site will be required for all summer reservations. Cancellations made 14 days prior to check in date will be refunded minus a 10% charge back fee per site.
Deposit Refund Policy:
Deposit refunded (minus charge back fee) if cancellation occurs fourteen days prior to the reservation dates.

- We reserve the right to reassign sites if necessary
- We cannot be responsible for weather, illness, work schedules or
other situations affecting our guests, and therefore we adhere to our
cancellation policy regardless of circumstances. - To rent a campsite, you must be 21 yrs. old
- We reserve the right to evict anyone, without a refund, who creates a
disturbance, nuisance, or endangers the safety of other campers
or guests.
Cabins
CABIN FEES - based on 4 people
–Cabin Amenities Include: Fully furnished kitchen, bathroom, living room TV, Direct TV, picnic table, fire pit, one futon and two double beds with two bunks.

- RESERVATION POLICY (CABINS):
Cancellations made 30 days prior to check in date will be refunded minus a 10% charge back fee.
All cabins require a 2-night min stay except on holidays where a 3-night min stay is required. Reservations will be held with a $300 deposit during the Summer and $100 deposit in the Spring and Fall. Deposit is refundable with a 30-day notice. Cancellations incur a 10% charge back fee. If cancellation occurs within the 30 day period, you will be responsible for the entire stay unless we can rent it out. A damage waiver must be signed at the time of check in as well.
Campground Rules
•QUIET TIME - Observed from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Minors must be at their campsites during these hours. Please keep music at a reasonable level during the day.
•Golf carts allowed for seasonal campers only
•Pets must be on a leash - clean up after them
•No motorized scooters, 4-wheelers, or fireworks allowed.
•Cutting trees of any kind is not allowed
•Please put garbage in the dumpsters when you leave - help us keep your site clean.
•No bike riding after dark!
•There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty at the pool or waterpark. You are responsible for the behavior and safety of your children in the pool area. Children 14 & under must be accompanied by an adult. Children must be potty-trained to use the pool or use a swimmer diaper.
•We are not responsible for accidents or injury to our guests or for the loss of money/valuables of any kind.
