Reservation Policy

*Regular weekends - 2 night minimum with 1 night deposit
*Holiday weekends -
    Memorial, 4th of July, Labor Day - 3 night min. with 2 night deposit
   

Deposit Refund Policy:
Deposit refunded if cancellation occurs seven days prior to the reservation date on regular weekends and fourteen day notice prior to the reservation date for holiday weekends.

*We reserve the right to reassign sites if necessary
*We cannot be responsible for weather, illness, work schedules or other situations affecting our guests, and therefore we adhere to our cancellation policy regardless of circumstances
* To rent a campsite you must be 21 or older.
* We reserve the right to evict anyone, without refund, who creates a disturbance, nuisance or endangers the safety of other campers or guests.

• Speed limit - 5 mph throughout the campground-watch for children!
• QUIET TIME - Observed from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Minors must be at their campsites during these hours. Please keep music at a reasonable level during the day.
• Golf carts allowed for seasonal campers only
• Pets must be on a leash - clean up after them
• No motorized scooters, 4-wheelers, or fireworks allowed.
• Cutting trees of any kind is not allowed
• Please put garbage in the dumpsters when you leave - help us keep your site clean.
• No bike riding after dark!
• There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty at the pool. You are responsible for the behavior and safety of your children in the pool area. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Children must be potty-trained to use the pool or use a swimmer diaper
• We are not responsible for accidents or injury to our guests or for the loss of money/valuables of any kind.

Cabins -New in 2011

Sleeps 8 people (1 futon and 2 double beds w/2 bunks)
Cabin amenities include…fully furnished kitchen, bathroom, living room with TV/DVD, picnic table and firepit.

RATE: Spring & Fall: $85.00 for 4 people/day
Summer: $105.00 for 4 people/day
$10.00 each add. adult/day
$5.00 each add. person ages 2-17/day
CHECK-IN TIME: 2:00 P.M.
CHECK-OUT TIME: 12:00 (Noon)

RESERVATION POLICY
Both cabins require a 2 night min stay except on
holidays where a 3 or 4 night min stay is required.
Reservations will be held with a 1-night deposit for
regular weekends and a 2-3 night deposit for holiday
weekends. Deposit is refundable with a 14 day notice.
If cancellation occurs within the 2-week period, you will
be responsible for the entire stay unless we can rent it
out. Cancellations incur a 5% charge back fee.

There is no smoking or pets allowed in
cabins. Guests provide their own bedsheets,
pillows and towels.
